We have a lawful basis to obtain your information in order to provide you with the best service possible, and we only keep data for as long as you are happy for us to. What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you:

Make an order for trainings/retreats/events as well as massages and yoga classes.
Make an enquiry with us in any form.

The information we collect about you when you book with us can include:

Telephone number, email, address, emergency contact, DOB, yoga/massage experience, dietary requirements, any injury/illness.

Other information we collect and store about you is:

Details of your friends if you refer them to us with their permission.
Information about payments and withdrawals, services you use, and other related information
Information we need to be able to process payments for you, for example, bank and credit or debit card details that are then passed onto our online payment software Stripe and stored there. It is encrypted so we do not have access to your card details.
Records of contact with you, such as system notes, emails and letters
If you tell us sensitive information over the phone, this is likely to be stored, so if you do not want us to do this please do not tell us the information, or let us know that you do not want it to be kept
We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

Bookings

Being a small business, we handle all of the bookings manually and do not use an integrated booking system. That means we have a lot more control as to what information you give us and how it is collected and stored. It does also mean that there is a larger chance for human error to occur, however we endeavour to limit this as much as possible.

Marketing

We do not use an integrated system and they only marketing you will see from us is if you accept to or directly subscribe to our newsletter.

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have subscribed, you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or for third parties with regards to competitions.

Analytics information

We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns from our website. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service. This information is only processed in a way, which does not identify anyone. On Trainings, Retreats, Events, Massages and Yoga Classes

We are vigilant in ensuring that we create a safe and open space for you. That means that sharing of any personal details outside of the immediate environment of your training/retreat/event/ massage/yoga class is not tolerated. Although we can not manage every person present, we personally will never share your story, details or anything personal with anyone else.
